Dear sellers,
According to the latest eBay policy, starting from September 25, 2025, all accounts registered in the United States, whether buyers or sellers, will no longer display their original ID. Instead, they will be shown as an anonymous ID composed of letters and numbers. Accounts in other countries and regions will not be affected and will still display the real ID.
In our system, you will see three types of buyer accounts:
- Anonymous ID + Real ID : This means it is a U.S. buyer who has traded with you before.

- Only Anonymous ID : This means it is a U.S. buyer making their first purchase.

- Real ID : This means the buyer’s account is not from the U.S. and is not affected.

During usage, you may encounter two situations:
1. Unable to find messages;
2. Unable to see related orders.
During the transition period of this policy, there may be a small number of historical and new messages where buyer IDs do not match, so they cannot be automatically linked. These two situations are normal and nothing to worry about. All subsequent data will display correctly.
- When encountering the first situation, try searching by Item Number or Chat Content.

- When encountering the second situation, click 【View Original】 in the message to find the order number, then look it up in the order list.

Lastly, please note that if your seller account is registered in the U.S., your ID will also be displayed in anonymous form.
We recommend setting a simple and easy-to-remember nickname for your account to make daily management easier.
