eBay has already opened International Rate Table (IRT) for all the US sites listings, to set different shipping carriers and fees for different countries. PA can sync rate table with eBay.
System repair：
1.Fix the problem that delete eBay accounts permanently(mainly when token date expired)
2.Fix the problem that pictures are not corresponding to the variation names in CBT translation.
3.Add the warning tip when eBay account has not got API authorization before using translations.
