According to the notice of eBay on January 8, 2021, for listings sent by direct mail, the seller shall leave the VAT rate blank, that is, no tax rate shall be filled in. For listings shipped from UK overseas warehouses, the seller shall fill in the VAT rate column with a 20% tax rate.

1. Please check 【no VAT rate】 to update online if need to leave blank. Or you can use excel upload to modify by leaving the VAT column blank directly.
