For these orders, the seller must electronically provide eBay’s Import One-Stop (IOSS) service number to your carrier. Otherwise, your buyer may be required to pay VAT again at the time of delivery. For orders over 150 euros, eBay will not collect value-added tax on behalf of them.
If you use PushAuction to fulfill the order, you only need to select a carrier that supports IOSS at the time of shipment;
