System Update - February 21, 2025

  1. Increase items per page to 500 (Note: Displaying more data per page requires higher device performance. If you experience lag, try reducing the number of items per page.)
  2. Listing - The variation table filter now supports multi-selection.
  3. The profile/listing list supports filtering listings that use the eBay sales tax table.
    Steps: Click on [Features] in the list, then select [Using eBay Sales Tax Table] or [Not Using eBay Sales Tax Table] from the dropdown menu. The filter will be applied accordingly!
  4. Profile search now supports searching by [Creation Time] and [Last update] Time.
  5. Scrolling banner images now support drag-and-drop sorting!(Note: Changes in sorting will only take effect after updating the related listings.)
    Steps: Go to Modules - Template Data - Add/Edit Scrolling Banner, then simply drag and drop the images to rearrange the order.
  6. The eBay Business Policies list now supports automatic synchronization
  7. Automated Message Optimization: A new “Platform SKU”option has been added to the application conditions, allowing automated messages to be triggered by either Platform SKU or System SKU. For detailed steps, please refer to the help guide.
  8. The message template now includes a ebayVariations tag. When sending automated messages, the multi-attribute model can be included for buyer confirmation.
    Steps: Go to Settings - CS Settings - Message Templates - Add Custom Template. In the template, select the {{ebayVariations}} placeholder to include the purchased model in automated messages sent to buyers!
  9. The message list now supports searching by remarks.
  10. Blacklist Buyers: The entry has been moved from the Settings page to CRM - Customer.
  11. A one-click copy button has been added to the seller name in the order list.
  12. For packages shipped via Yanwen, the system now supports printing the Yanwen picking list along with the shipping label.
    Activation Steps: Go to Settings - Sales order Setting - Carrier - Yanwen Settings, then check "Print Yanwen Picking List" to enable!
  13. Fix:
    • Fixed the issue where ended PLP campaigns could not be copied.
    • Fixed the issue where clicking on a Canada (French) listing redirected to the US site.
    • Fixed the issue where SKU search in the pre-listing queue was not working.
    • Fixed incorrect search results when filtering by "Use eBay site settings" in the excluded shipping regions.
    • Fixed the issue where the manufacturer address search function in GPSR selection popup was not working.
    • Fixed the issue where manual outbound page in the warehouse module could not paginate.
