What should I do if I cannot receive the activation email?

Depending on the recipient mailbox, it will take 3 minutes to 2 hours for the email to arrive. If you have not received the activation email, you can try the following methods:

• Check the recycle bin to see if the activation email is considered spam, or click resend the activation email to send a new activation email again;
• Try to add the domain name of pushauctio.com to the whitelist of the mailbox, and click to resend the activation email again;
• Change a new email address and try again;

If the above three methods are still invalid, you can also contact our customer service support email support@pushauction.com and provide your username and registered email for help;
