Now buyers on eBay can give ratings and comments to sellers they have transaction with, but sellers can only respond with feedback comment with no ratings. The concept of feedback in PushAuction is on the basis of sellers' perspective, in a row, the feedback we referred only means the comments, not including ratings. Buyers can choose not to leave feedback, or leave positive, neutral or negative feedback to buyers. Sellers can choose not to leave feedback, or leave positive feedback to buyers. Friendly response with active attitude benefits sellers a lot. It builds and strengthens brand loyalty of regular customers, and also leaves favorable impressions on potential buyers and encourages them to buyer items from you in the future.
