Sync listings with eBay

System would auto synchronize (stylized as sync) listings with eBay within a specific period, but as eBay data is transferring all the time, it's highly recommended to sync with eBay manually before any operations to assure complete update of desired data. At present, there're three ways to sync listings with eBay in PushAuction:

Ⅰ. Sync with eBay by the eBay account

Once the request is submitted, system would start to proceed your requests accordingly. During the process, you can close this sync window and refresh back Listings page after sync success.

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Live];

Step 2: Click [Sync with eBay] on the top-right;

Step 3: Tick eBay account(s) > Click [Sync with eBay].

Ⅱ. Sync with eBay by the listing record

System would proceed your request record by record, and return final status one by one. Please do not close this window until all request proceeded with status returned. Otherwise, the request would be declined.

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Live];

Step 2: Tick listing(s) > Click [Options] > [Sync with eBay];

Step 3: Click [Sync with eBay].

Ⅲ. Sync with eBay singly

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Live];

Step 2: To the right of the listing [action] > Click [Sync with eBay];

Step 3: Click [Sync with eBay].

Note:
1. Syncing with eBay means to link eBay to acquire and update data, and its proceeding time also depends on the load of the requested data, please wait with your patience during the process.
2. It may take longer time to proceed the first sync request for new users, but basically it would complete within 24 hours.
3. Two status may be returned once the request is completed, that's, succeeded and failed. If the request failed, then certain error note would be attached.
4. An eBay account is allowed to request data sync once per 5 minutes, and please do not request further if last request is still in processing.
