Online edit of listings

Online edit is a way to update listings by listing columns. You can use online edit to update single listing or multiple listings.
When changes are synced into eBay after click [Update], you can click [Update to profile] additionally to sync changes to linked profile. Through this method, you can complete info sync for listing and profile with one-time edit.

Ⅰ. Online edit of single listing

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Live];

Step 2: To the right of the listing [action] > Click [Online edit];

Step 3: Tick the desired column(s) for update > Click [Next];

Step 4: Tick the detailed section needed for update > define the content related > Click [Next];

Step 5: Click [Update].

Ⅱ. Online edit of multiple listings

The listing content may vary depending on the site and eBay account, so if you need to update the fields related to the site and eBay account, please follow the single site and single eBay account to operate.

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Live];

Step 2: Select eBay account > Select site > Tick listing(s) > Click [Options] > [Online edit];

Step 3: Tick the desired column(s) for update > Click [Next];

Step 4: Tick the detailed section needed for update > define the content related > Click [Next];

Step 5: Click [Update].

Note: System would forward your update request to eBay and load eBay proceeding status, please wait with your patience during the process. If update succeeded, you can recheck the outcome as needed. If failed, certain error note would be returned and please operate following eBay notes.
