Video
Definition: The eBay video feature allows sellers to better demonstrate thier products, enhance their ability to present listings and brand identity, and improve buyer engagement and item sales. eBay videos support both PC and mobile display and can be used on the US site, eBay Motors, UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia sites.
1. Create a Video Folder
Step 1: Click 【Video】 > the gear icon in the upper-left corner;
Step 2: Click 【Add】;
Step 3: Enter a folder name > click【Save】.
Note: You must create a video folder before uploading video files.
2. Upload Video Files
Step 1: Click 【Upload】 in the upper-right corner of the video page;
Step 2: Select eBay accounts (multi-select supported), choose the video folder > enter title, description, and remark if needed > click or drag file to upload > click 【Upload】;
3. Wait for eBay Review
After uploading, eBay will review the video, typically within 48 hours. You may click 【Sync with eBay】 later to check the updated status. Once the status becomes LIVE, the video can be applied to profiles or active listings.
Step 1: Click 【Sync with eBay】 in the upper-right corner of the video page;
Step 2: Select the eBay account > click 【Sync with eBay】.
4. Apply eBay Video to a Single Listing
Step 1: Go to 【Listings】 > 【Live】;
Step 2: Click 【Edit】 on the right side of the listing;
Step 3: In the Images & Videos section, click【Select eBay Video】 > click【Update Online Listing】.
Note:
1. To apply an eBay video to a single template, go to 【Listing】>【All Templates】 and open the corresponding template.
2. To apply eBay videos in bulk to listings, refer to the 【Online Edit】 feature.
3. To apply eBay videos in bulk to profiles, refer to the 【Update profiles】 feature.
