Set schedules

You can not only publish your auctions in bulk or in circles, but also publish fixed prices in bulk or in distribution. Meanwhile, you can also add auto refill and relist rules into your schedule rules, and apply them to your profiles at the same time, in this way, the auto refill and relist rules would come into effect when the profiles are listed to eBay successfully. There're two ways to select profiles into schedule rules: Select profiles in Schedule rules page, Select profiles in Profiles page.

Ⅰ. Set schedule of single profile in profile page

(1) Set one-round schedule for single profile
Step 1: Click [Listings] > [All profiles];

Step 2: To the right of the profile you want to schedule [Action] > Click [Schedule listing];

Step 3: Click [Add] > Select the launch time (Site) > Select an auto refill and relist rule if necessary (if there's no records available, please add auto refill and relist rules in advance) > Click [Save].

(2) Set recurring schedule for single profile
Step 1: Click [Listings] > [All profiles];

Step 2: To the right of the profile you want to schedule [Action] > Click [Schedule listing];

Step 3: Click [Bulk add];

Step 4: Select a desired schedule rule in the drop-down menu of [Name] > then you can update and save as a new rule if necessary (if there's no records available, please add a schedule rule in this window, and click [Save as]) > Click [Next];

Step 5: Click [Save].

Note: This action is available for single profile only, thus please choose a compatible schedule rule designed for single profile in step 4, which confines daily frequency to maximum launch one listing per day.

Ⅱ. Set schedules of multiple profiles in Schedule rule page

Set schedules in Schedule rules page as below steps: Schedule rule examples , Select profiles in Schedule rules page and Generate schedule queues.

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Schedule rules];

Step 2: Click [Add];

Step 3: Enter the name of schedule rule > Set the daily frequency > Set the duration > Select an auto refill and relist rule if necessary (if there's no records available, please add auto refill and relist rules in advance) > Click [Save schedule rule] > [Next]; (This step can refer to Schedule rule cases).

Step 4: Click [Select profile];

Step 5: Tick profile(s) > Click [Save]. (Or click [Advanced] > Select the desired condition > Click [Search] > Tick the profiles that meets the conditions > Click [Save]);

Step 6: Click [Next];

Step 7: Click [Save].

Note: When saving schedule queues is complete, you can go to [Awaiting upload] to check. System would proceed listing these scheduled profiles to eBay sites following the appointed eBay site time. It may take a while for the new listings to appear on eBay search results. If multiple profiles are added into one schedule rule, only one profile would be proceed at a specific time point. For instance, if the daily frequency defines to proceed schedules at 9:00 and 9:15, then one profile would be listed at 9:00 and another profile would be listed at 9:15.
