Disputes Management

Definition: When the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement on the outcome of an inquiry or return, either party may request eBay Customer Support to intervene. At that point, the inquiry or return will be escalated to a dispute.

Steps:

Step 1: Click [Customer Service] > [Resolution Center - Disputes];

Step 2: Click on a pending dispute. On the right side, you can view the details.
