Blacklist buyer

Step 1: Click [Setting] > [CS setting] > [Blacklist buyer];

Step 2: Click [Add] > Input Buyer ID, choose Problem > [Save].

The blacklist buyers will display red marks on the order/package/message/evaluation page, as follow:
