Cancel template

Ⅰ. Search template
You can search by template number to quickly find which profiles and listings are using the template.

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [All profiles] or [Live];

Step 2: Select [Listing template] in the search field > Input template number > Tick [Global]> Click [Search].

Ⅱ. Cancel Listing template
It is recommended to cancel listing templates before unbinding the eBay account, otherwise the description content may be displayed disorderly.

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [All profiles] or [Live];

Step 2: Click [Edit] on the right side;

Step 3: Click [Clear] Listing template > Profile [Check eBay fee & Save] / Listing [Update live listings].
