Cancel order

When transactions cannot go on as expected, eBay allows buyers and sellers to cancel order (restrictions apply).

Step 1: Click [eBay order] > [Recent orders] > [Action] > [Cancel];
Step 2: Select a reason for cancellation (selecting "The buyer asked to cancel the order, or there's an issue with the buyer's address" will not be counted into Defects) > [OK].

After submitted, you can go to [CRM] > [Resolution center] > [Cancellations] to view details.

FAQs

Q1. Why do I get an error note saying "Fail.cancel window elapsed" when I tried to cancel an order?
A1. The transaction is overdue and not eligible to cancel. You can only cancel an order within 30 days after sold date.
