Bulk upload tracking number（mark-shipped）

When you have many orders to be mark shipped, or abundant tracking numbers to be updated, we recommended you to use this Bulk mark-shipped feature. This feature can quickly mark the shipment by uploading the tracking number on the form. This feature simplifies the traditional order operation process for quick mark-shipped, and it only applies to non-eDIS, non-ecShip and non-WINIT orders.
The workflow of Bulk mark-shipped is as follows: Download sales records with PA recognized format, fill in tracking info, Upload tracking inf, and Check mark-shipped progress.
System would update tracking info to eBay one by one. If you have dedicated order management tool, you can pass Step [Download sales records with PA recognized format] and [fill in tracking info], and export your sales records to an Excel file with PA recognized format, and then upload to our system directly.

Ⅰ. Document columns

Column name	Description
Sales package ID	The self-accumulated sequence number based on all the paid orders in your PA ID.
eBay extended order ID	The auto-generated order ID upon placement of eBay orders.
Item number	The auto-generated eBay item code upon publish.
eBay transaction ID	The auto-generated transaction ID upon placement of eBay orders.
eBay account	The existing eBay accounts in your PA ID. Requests to import sales records of other eBay accounts would not be handled.
eBay buyer ID	The buyer ID used upon placement of orders.
Buyer name	The buyer name used upon placement of orders.
Ship to address	The buyer address used upon placement of orders.
eBay Shipping Date eBay Track Code1 eBay Markship Carrier1	The first tracking. In the shipping date column, please input a reasonable date between payment date and current date. Fill in the time according to the time format and time zone of [Settings]>[System Settings]>[Preferences]. Carriers' orders for eDIS, HongKong Post ec-ship, and WINIT can not use the [Bulk upload tracking number] (mark-shipped) this feature. Filling in the relevant shipping method will not be processed.
eBay Track Code2/3/4/5/6 eBay Markship Carrier2/3/4/5/6	Additional trackings. Every item supports up to six trackings. If you would like to add five or six trackings to your item, please make sure you have already added the first tracking before adding any complementary tracking(s). The tracking number in the additional tracking is mandatory. The carrier can be empty. If so, system will apply the Carrier and Shipping method in the first tracking directly.

Ⅱ. Things to keep in mind

1. In the upload document, there are five columns that are used to match eBay transactions, that's, Sales package ID, Item number, eBay transaction ID, eBay account, eBay buyer ID. If you have PA generated Sales order ID, then there's no need to provide the other four columns. Otherwise, these five columns could not be empty.
2. Every item supports up to six trackings. The first one is compulsory while the other five are optional. If the first tracking is empty, other tracking(s) would be auto passed and the request would not be processed.
3. Every tracking is composed of three parts, that's, Tracking number, Carrier and Shipping date, of which Carrier and Tracking number are required. Trackings void of these two parts would not be processed. If the Shipping date is empty then local current date would be used instead. If fill in the time according to the time format and time zone of [Settings]>[System Settings]>[Preferences].
4. System would update tracking details to eBay and mark shipped automatically. Please provide the standard carrier name in English following eBay stipulation to ensure eBay mark-shipped and tracking update success. For eBay standard carrier spelling, please refer to Carrier's reference value of the system, Click [Setting] > [Sales order setting] > [eBay shipping code].
5. If the order is already mark shipped with tracking number accompanied, system would mark shipped again on eBay with tracking info updated.
6. If a package has multiple order numbers, only fill in one tracking number, the remaining order will default to the tracking number, and will be marked for shipment together.
7. Please allow 1 hour or so to let system to process eBay mark-shipped. You can check mark-shipped progress in in Sales page. Please click [Sales] > [Mark-shipped logs].

Ⅲ. Operation details

Step 1: Click [Sales] > Select order status > Tick the order > Click [Download];

Step 2: Select [Tracking number information] template > Click [Download] in the selection result field; ([Download] of search results does not need to select the order first, the system will download all the orders you search on the sales page in bulk.)

Step 3: Open the [tracking number information] excel template > Fill in tracking info, please refer to the [Document columns] and Article 2,3,4 of [Things to keep in mind] above.

Step 4: Click [Sales] > [Recent sales] > Click [Upload tracking #];

Step 5: Select the file> Click [Verify] > [Update];

Step 6: Click [Sales] > [Markship] to check mark-shipped progress in in Sales page.

Note: If there is an order that fails to mark the shipment in the mark shipment monitoring, please check the reason and re-mark the shipment.

FAQs
Q1. Why cannot I update tracking details to eBay?
A1. There are many reasons:
1. eBay transactions are completed for over 30 days;
2. Your eBay account token expired. Please go to [Settings] > [Accounts] > [Account management] > [eBay account] to check the token status;
3. Uploaded information is incorrect.

Q2. Where can I download PA standard format template file?
A2. Please click into Click [Sales] > [Recent sales] > Click [Upload tracking #] > [Download PA standard format template file]. However, it is recommended to use the download order to select the [tracking number information] template for uploading is easier to operate.
