Ⅰ. Order overview

Lister, sales and CRM of PushAuction are in perfect cooperation with one another, helping users to achieve info share and total management. The product info defined in listings can be filled into related new orders automatically, and the eBay message status received in CRM page can also be reflected in Sales page. During the order import process, system would acquire transaction details, as well as other complementary info (if any), such as eBay notes, eBay disputes status and unread message status, etc. As a result, you can have an overall and instant acquaintance with buyers' needs, so you can make prompt response accordingly or tell your colleague how to handle. Of course, you can always define the access in role setting if you want some data to be invisible to certain users.

Ⅱ. Order management

PushAuction supports below 2 ways of markship :

A. Make fulfillment and markship

Step 1:Sync order
Step 2:Create package
In the status of [Await handling], click [Create package] and the package moved to [Fulfillment]
Step 3:  Select shipping method
In the status of [Fulfillment], click [Shipping] (If you have already set shipping matching rule, system will auto assign shipping method.)
Step 4:Apply tracking number
Single operation: click package number or [details], click[trackcode] to obtain tracking number (integrated carrier) or enter tracking number manually(not integrated user-defined shipping)
Bulk operation: click [trackcode] (integrated carrier) or enter tracking number manually by[Quickly edit] (not integrated user-defined shipping)
Step 5:Print
Print the packing list, picking list, shipping label, invoice and delivery order as required
Step 6:  Markship
Click [Markship], the markship status can be viewed in [eBay order] > [Markship]. If it fails, you can try to markship again here.Click here to find detail steps for each carriers.

B. Markship directly without fulfillment

Step 1:Sync order
Step 2:Markship
Click [Markship]in the status of [Await handling], input the info in [Shipping carriers] and [Tracking#] or
click [Download] and select [Tracking number infomation] to download the excel template, input the tracking NO. and upload it in the [Recent orders] page. Click here to see detail steps.After uploading successfully, the order has been moved to [Marked shipped]. You can view the status in [Markship].

Ⅲ.Repost

You can repost package as needed. Click [Shipment] > [Shipped] > [Repost].A new package will be generated in [Fulfillment].
Once the reposted orders are mark as shipped on eBay, their tracking numbers would also be updated to eBay. Please make sure that you have justified reasons for reposting orders. Abuse of reposting feature may be subjected to a range of eBay punishment.
