Return policies

When selling items on eBay, sellers must specify whether they accept returns and, if so, under what conditions. To save time managing return requests, you can set up return policy rules to automatically accept returns or issue immediate refunds.

Important Notes:

      【1】Modifying return policies moudle will not affect the linked listings.

      【2】If the eBay account has enabled the business policy, this module is not available. Please switch to the business policy to set return policies.

Ⅰ. Create return policies

There are two methods to create return policies:

Method 1: Create on profile/listing editing page

Step 1: Enter the profile/listing edit page > select eBay account and site;

Step 2: Choose whether to support returns, return days, return method and the party responsible for the return shipping cost;

Step 3: Click [Save as] in the upper right corner, enter the template name, and save as a template for quick reference next time.

Method 2: Create on the management page

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Return policies] and go to the "Return policies" management page > click [Add];

Step 2: Enter the name and select site > Set the content of domestic return policy and international return policy > Click [Save].

Ⅱ. Apply return policies

Step 1: Go to the profile/listing editing page；

Step 2: Click [Return policies] module > [Select]；

Step 3: Search for a template name or directly find the desired template, then click [Select] to quickly apply the template.

Ⅲ.Manage return policies

Step 1: Click [Listings] > [Return policies]；

Step 2: Click on [Copy] [Edit] [Delete] as needed.
